The Property
The finca comprises five distinct buildings: the main house with an adjoining guest house, a pool house with sauna and inside/outside shower, an office and gym with a large terrace, a traditional windmill tower, and Casa Maria, a self-contained guesthouse with its own kitchen and outdoor barbecue.
Set across a spacious natural plot, the windmill stands as a quiet landmark, visible from all corners of the property. Together with the main house and Casa Maria, the estate evokes the feel of a small, historic village - one that was, and remains, a working farm. Fragrant jasmine, orange trees, bougainvillaea and Mediterranean shrubbery surround the buildings, grounding the finca in its natural landscape and creating a deep sense of place.
Garden and Courtyard
A peaceful courtyard garden sits at the heart of the finca, enclosed by original stone walls and a three-metre-high wooden gate. Framed by the main house, guest house, and pool house, the courtyard flows into a generous veranda leading to the pool.
Designed by Vincent Van Duysen, the restoration features natural materials such as teak, sandblasted French oak, Italian marble, river pebbles, and handcrafted ceramics. Each has been chosen for its quiet character and lasting quality.
Pool and Sauna
The pool area is designed for rest and restoration. The pool house includes a large built-in desk and gym with pilates equipment. Outside, a shaded veranda offers a lounge, outdoor kitchen, and dining area overlooking the pool.
The adjacent bathhouse features a sauna, indoor and outdoor showers, a cold plunge, toilet, and sink.
Main House
Centrally positioned within the estate, the main house offers a quiet sense of balance and calm. Surrounded by a garden, courtyard and the natural rhythms of the land, it serves as the heart of the property.
Inside, traditional Mallorquin flooring made from hand-set river pebbles meets natural teak wood. Bespoke furniture and handcrafted ceramics lend a thoughtful, tactile character. Modern comforts include Miele appliances, underfloor heating throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a relaxed living room, and a separate library. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king-size bed, dressing room, and a bathroom with marble tub, walk-in shower, and separate WC. Two additional bedrooms each feature a king-size alcove bed and en-suite bathroom. All rooms open to terraces with teak flooring and views of the surrounding countryside.
Guest House
Connected to the main house but fully independent, the guest house sleeps up to four. On the ground floor: a lounge, bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in shower, toilet, and a free-standing bath. Upstairs: a second lounge with a kitchenette and terrace access.
An exterior stone staircase leads from the courtyard to a private terrace with views of the windmill.
Casa Maria
Set apart from the main house, Casa Maria offers two further double bedrooms with king-size beds, a large shared bathroom, separate WC, living room, and a full kitchen.
Outside, a spacious terrace with a built-in barbecue looks out over the surrounding fields and landscape.
